Review: 3W CLINIC Sheet Masks

Hellooo there ~ So I received some masks from 3w Clinic to review. The ones pictured above are:
Fresh Potato Mask Sheet
Fresh Green Tea Mask Sheet
Fresh Cucumber Mask Sheet
Fresh Lemon Mask Sheet
Fresh Placenta Mask Sheet

Before I applied any of these masks, I thoroughly cleansed my face with my Clarisonic with the Clinic face wash.. forgot the specific name. :I

Anyways, I'm super excited to review these because I absolutely love sheet masks.
These are 100% cotton masks, suuuper soft.
I do have one complaint on all of the masks though that I will point out now.

Okee, so they have bad proportions. Like, the eye holes are way too close together. Some are closer than the other masks though. Also, I have a huge nose and this mask has a small area for noses, it doesn't cover my whole nose.. TT~TT If you try it, you could easily cut the holes for the eyes bigger, I'm just lazy. Ohoho.

So I first tried the cucumber mask.
I actually put the masks in the fridge while I wash my face to get them to be a bit cooler.
The masks already give off a cooling effect, I just like them even colder.

Anyways, the smell is like the typical cucumber melon lotion smell. Once you open the package, you can automatically smell it but it's not overpowering. When you put the mask on, you get used to the smell quickly so after awhile, doesn't smell like much.
The product on the mask is a little sticky, stickier than what I had expected. There is enough that the cloth is soaked but there is also extra product

Ooooh, so attractive, I know. [Sorry for my angry looking face, kind of hard to smile in the mask]
Messy background, I know. ><

After I took off the mask, my skin felt so refreshed. I recommend rinsing off your face because there is residue that will leave your face sticky.
The back of the package says: "This is a sheet-type mask containing cucumber extracts. Its excellent hydrating effects will leave dry and tired skin looking smooth and moisturized. This hypoallergenic mask sheet stays attached to the face along with the natural skin texture, and will provide a soothing comfort for your skin with its cleaning and astringent effects."
I did feel like it soothed my skin, but really nothing else. The feeling of soft skin doesn't last long.

On to the lemon mask~

This mask made me crave for lemon bars. The smell isn't like a fresh lemon, more like a lemon pastry. I like it. I thought it'd be too strong because when I opened the package, it just hit me in the face but after having it on, it was tolerable.

As you can see, part of my eye is covered up. Be careful if your eyes doesn't fit the mask correctly because it'll buuurrnnn. Not too bad but it's sooo uncomfortable if you don't move it off right away.

The package says: "Thie is a sheet-type mask containing lemon extracts, It not only hsa cleaning and astringent effects but also soothes tired looking skin, leaving it smooth and clean. This hypoallergenic mask sheet stays attached to the face along with the natural skin texture, and will provide a soothing comfort for your skin."
I didn't feel like this left my face "clean", just refreshed and soft.
After rinsing my face off, it still felt fresh, it wasn't just the product.
I wouldn't leave the product on my face because I felt like it'd break me out if I didn't rinse my face after taking the sheet off.

Never really hear people talking about using potato based products for their skin so this was interesting. Plus I love potatoes. Hehe.... OTL

I didn't know what to expect from the smell of this. Thought it was gonna be kind of weird smelling but it ended up smelling sweet. Similar to the scent many of the Asian BB creams have. Pleasant smell.
The back of the mask claims that "This soft masks completely covers the skin and the potato extracts makes clear and clean skin by supplying necessary moist on the skin without stickiness and managing the skin texture."
The mask did leave a stickiness though. But so did all of the other masks.

I'm just going to combine all of my thoughts on each mask onto one review:
Okay, all of the masks gave a similar effect. The thing is that I only used each type of mask once so I'm not sure about the outcome if a specific mask is used more than once.
All of the masks gave me a refreshing feel and left a stickiness residue. After tossing the mask away, I did rub in the extra product into my skin, giving it a few taps as well before I rinsed off everything.

I feel like alot of people would want to try out the green tea mask.. since everyone loooves green tea everything so muuch.. pfffttt ;P

Also, you're probably wondering about the PLACENTA mask. I was super creeped out when I saw this in the mail package. I told a friend (∪ ̄ ㋓ ̄∪) and they told me something like it's good at anti-aging. I HAD to try it out though. So the scent is also sweet. The placenta, potato, and
green tea mask had similar scents. Sweet.

Overall, I didn't see much difference in the masks, same effects. I give the sheet masks about a 4/5. I like the feeling of my skin after I use them buut not too amazing. I do recommend them if you're looking for some masks to try though.

Thanks to cosmeticlove for sending these to me. ^-^

Collective Haul: Ulta, Forever21, A&F, Kohl's, Charlotte Russe and Victoria's Secret

Since Christmas is coming up, I've been doing alot of shopping lately. Especially since I've got a new job.
Most of the time, my mindset is buying presents for other people but I couldn't help getting some things for myself.
OHohohooo

I'm going to start off with what I bought at Ulta: foundation, nail polish, & lashes.

The pair of Eyelure lashes in 202 is actually from Target. Hahaaa. Whatever, I'm just going to include it into my Ulta haul anyways.
I've been desperately in need of foundation and I repurchased the Revlon Colorstay foundation in 240 Medium Beige. Since they were having a buy one get one 50% off, I decided to buy their Revlon Nail Art Moon Candy, which I've been wanting to purchase since it came out. Crossing my fingers it'll be worth it !
I am crazy over false lashes so I bought the Kardashian lashes, a little overpriced though. I had a coupon though, soo it was technically only $2. Hehehee.

Onto Forever 21~

Again, I purchased even more eyelashes. SOMEONE HALP ME! One pair is for my older sister though. They're not all mine. (Like that makes it any better) Their lashes are pretty cheap and cute, couldn't help myself. Besides, I don't have lashes that have these pattern. Their packaging is cute too! I'm a sucker for cute packaging, unfortunately.

I'm almost always wearing cardigans. Seriously, they're so comfy and casual, yet super cute! I already have a studded cardigan that's black but this was 50% off so I decided to just get it because I love maroon.
I've already worn the jacket, it's not exactly "warm" but I see these types of jacket everywhere and they just look so cute on people so I decided to get one myself. It's SUPER comfy. Wish it was a tad bit short.

Jewelry there is so cheap too, yet so cute. I don't even know why I bought earrings because guess what? One of their earrings I bought for them is stuck in my ear. Like, I can't take it off. HA. WHY DID I BUY MORE? Cause... it's so cool and cute. I likie. It just motivated me even more to try to take this stupid thing off my ear. The black pair is for my sister though. I wasn't sure if I wanted them in a pair of gold, decided to buy the left pair though. Mostly because they'll match the cuffs. Hehe. Not a gold person but then I just had to get them.

Now on to one of my favorite stores to shop from, Abercrombie & Fitch.

Okay, so I actually have the grey and white already. I bought pink and another white again because that's all they had left online, unfortunately. These are seriously so comfortable and looks so cute. It'll make your body look slimmer. They're a little short though, I don't mind, just pull my pants up. I'm so sad they don't have any more colors to buy. TT~TT They were only about $9. Not bad at all.

I got 4 "athletic" jackets from Kohl's. Before I started working here, I didn't know they had such cute clothes and great deals. Like seriously, it's so easy to save a bunch of money there.

I'm not sure if you'd call them athletic jackets, but I would so I'll be referring them to them as that. I purchased one from TJMaxx from Calvin Klein and I wear it like, everyday. Seeing these at Kohl's, I just had to get some too. The first three from the left is from Tek Gear. I only bought the last one because my sister has a black version and she looked good in it and so I wanted one too, got it in blueee~

Someone please help me. I have an obsession with oxford shoes and when I saw these two pairs at Charlotte Russe, I knew I was going to buy them. No second thoughts. Plus one of them is MAROON. I've been looking for a pair in maroon.

I got them both in a size 8. The tan pair is a little snug though, but they'll prolly loosen up after I wear them a few times, hopefully. They're not uncomfy though. I can deal with it. They were both $22.50 but with a couple discounts it was about $30. I'm super excited to wear them !
I used to wonder why people always said that girls were obsessed with shoes but now I understand. I need to stop. My sisters and I all wear the same size, so easy to have lots of shoes now. HA. My little sister isn't a fan of them though, s'kay. More time for me to wear them!

I also had to go bra shopping. I stopped by Victoria's Secret to get a new t-shirt bra because one of my favorite one broke it's strap. I decided to get a nude one since I only have nude push-up bras.

Just a plain nude bra, suuuper comfyy ~ It was a 2 for $49 so I just got another bra:

I got this nice baby blue lace convertible bra. There wasn't much bras to choose from for the deal but I thought it's still cute~ Love the color too.

Of course, while looking around some more, I found the cutest bra EVAR. I've been wanting to buy a lilac bra for some time now since I've been obsessed with the color. At first it was a another baby blue bra, but while I was looking through the drawer to find my size, I stumbled across the lilac version. I was so haaapppyyy kyaaaa !! It's so cute and comfy! Expected from VS, it's pricey. Haha.. coupon alert.

Okay, the camera does not do it justice, I promise, it looks 100x better in person. I'm so happy, you have no idea. Soooo cuuuuuutteeee. It's actually sparkly at the top too! Specks of glitter/gems and what not. Tried to get shot of details but the camera didn't really get it. I tried looking for a better picture on the VS website but I couldn't find it lol. Too many bras.

Took a close up of the cute bow and charm though. Ohhoo.
I'm usually not obsessed with bras but this bra makes me want to go buy a million more. Victoria's Secret really does have the cutest bras.

Oh and the purchase came with a VS blanket!
On a different purchase.. at Victoria's Secret, I bought two of their shimmer eye shadows:
The left one is Provocateur and the right is Dusk.
I forgot to take pictures of them so I just took it off their website. To be honest, the eyeshadows don't really look like this in real life. Much more shimmery and the dusk is more of a silver color. I recommend you guys to try out some of their eyeshadows. They're so smooth and pigmented (most are pigmented). They're not too expensive either ($12).

I love looking at other people's hauls so I hope you guys enjoyed looking at my haul~
I have a review over Korean face masks coming up very soon, be sure to come back and check that out ! :)

Have a nice day,
xoxo

CHRISTMAS TIIIIIIME!!!

Yayyyyyy!!! I LOVE the holidays. So my family usually starts decorating our Christmas trees on Thanksgiving night. This year we have waaayyyyyy too many presents hahaa. The amount of presents we have wrapped so far is much more than usual. We decided to wrap the presents more 'special'. This year, we added a ribbon to the presents and we got so much more new wrapping papers omggg. Like seriously, going all over Dillons, Wal Mart, Target, and Michaels to get all these goodies. The name tags we bought were just from Dollar Tree because they were a good deal and SUPER cute.

Sooo we actually made a little Christmas wrapping station. LOOL. Yeah.. I know. We got a little serious this year. I don't know about how everyone else wraps their presents but we're like a freaking sweat shop. ( ̄(エ) ̄;;)

I did most of the wrapping and my older sister did the ribbon and bow stuff on the presents. Auughhh some of the presents were hard to wrap.. Especially the weird dented boxes or whatever. Yeah I wrapped my own presents too. Pffft, lame, yes. I can't tell you how much I wanted to open that shiet up. IMPATIENT OMFG. But seriously, look how nice our presents look! I looooove theeem. They look so good underneath the Christmas trees.

So all of our wrapping papers are actually metallic. The only one that wasn't metallic had sparkles (as seen above with the gingerbread cookie). To be honest, that's the prettiest wrapping paper ever. I didn't think it would look so good when we decided to buy it because it wasn't metallic. The picture doesn't do it justice. It's so nice omggg. It was from Target for like $2.50.

This is our main Christmas tree that is in the basement. In pictures, it's sooo oobvious that the tree has most of it's lights at the bottom. We miscalculated the amount of lights we had while we were twisting them around the branches. HAA. I promise, it doesn't look this weird in person. It looks beaaauuuutiifulll. All the stuff on the tree is mostly from Wal Mart. We changed the decorations last year because we had like no ornaments and they didn't match. We didn't even have something to put on top of the tree! I honestly don't know what happened to all of our older stuff, disappeared randomly.

We also have two mini Christmas trees. The one on the left goes into my sisters' room and the right one is for my room. I used to hate white trees but after getting this cute mini one for mine last year, I like it. Heheheee. The green tree is from Wal Mart and the white one is from Target. The ornaments were from Wal Mart though. Personally, I didn't like the blue ornaments they had at Target. The only thing I got from there for my tree was the blue lights, which are battery powered unfortunately. I wish it was plugged in because after time the stupid lights dim and then I'd have to change the batteries. They need FOUR batteries. Toooooo muuuuuchhhh. They don't last long enough.

So we actually got a medium-sized Christmas tree for upstairs. We say it's my mom's tree just because she wanted another one so badly. Hahahaa. I think this was from Wal Greens. The branches are a little naked. Not enough 'tree' going on... pfft. It looks fine with all the decorations going on though.. which are also from Wal Mart. They have surprisingly good ornaments. I didn't think they would look so good. Also when I visited them this year to get some more stuff, their prices were alot lower than last year's too. Lucky for anyone out there who wants some cheap, good looking ornaments for their tree.

A BIG TIP: When buying the tree topper, you should buy extra ribbon that matches it to lengthen the ends of the bow. Y'know what I'm saying? I stapled it together, you can't see the staple and it won't fall off easily but it's easy to remove. Also be careful not to undo the bow. The wire that is on it, don't twist it off, that stuff holds it together, not part of the packaging. We thought it was part of the packaging some years ago and we messed  the whole thing up, couldn't figure out how to put it back together so it was totally useless. ლ(ಠ益ಠ)ლ lol. You're welcome.

Lots of presents underneath the Christmas tree in the basement. Lazy me is too lazy to take pictures of the presents upstairs.
I recently got a job (FIRST JOB EVAR KYAAA) and I'm really wanting to buy presents this year but I don't know how that's going. I've only bought presents for the parents but not my sisters. Getting a little late too, I feel like Christmas is tomorrow. I'm running out of time, yet here I am, blogging and browsing the internet. WHAT AM I DOINGGGG? I'm only feeling like this because they'd probably want to buy something online that will have like.. two weeks of shipping possibly. Buy presents for others possibly, hm.
( ● ̄(エ) ̄ ● )♥(=◕ ⋏ ◕=)

ANYWAYYYSSS, enough for Christmas decorating and wrapping. I'll probably blog again about Christmas and will have a post up about presents I got because I like seeing what others got too. We'll see.

TATA FOR NOW

REVIEW: SheerSkin Ultra Healing Collagen Toner & Ultra Healing Stem Cell Cream

Hello everyone! This post is going to be a review over some products from SheerSkin that I have been kindly sponsored by cosmetic-love. These products will work differently on everyone as we have different types of skin. My skin is combination oily and is prone to acne.

The two products are going to be their Ultra Healing Collagen Toner and their Ultra Healing Stem Cell Cream.

These are what the packaging looks like for the products. It's plain, simple, and not much to look at.
Although the important thing is what is inside. ;)

I'm going to start off with the product that I prefer: the cream.

The container is very sturdy. I'm not exactly sure what it's made of but it's rather heavy. I do have a problem with the packaging though. (」゜ロ゜)」It's a tub so it isn't very sanitary so I recommend using a spatula or something in order to take some product out of it. I wish it was a bottle with a pump or a squeeze tube but it's not that big a problem to me. I can deal with it.

I apply this cream after cleansing my face and applying toner. I can't say that I'm in love with this product but I do like it. There is a smell to it and to me, reminds me of baby powder. I know some people don't like that smell and when the cream is applied, the smell is definitely not subtle, but it isn't too strong either. Personally, I like it.

So there is 50g of product inside but what was weird is that when I opened the tub, it seemed like there was a large portion missing. It could have been because it was on it's side so the product moved onto one side but eh, looked like it was a third gone.

I applied some of the cream on my hand to try and show you what it looks like applying it on.
This cream is surprisingly light. When I first opened it, it seemed to be a thick, heavy cream (which I hate), but it was so light and easy to smooth it over my face.

My skin breaks out super easily and luckily, this didn't break me out at all. ( ^∇^)

As to what the product is supposed to do:
This helps with anti-aging and wrinkles. I don't have any wrinkles right now so I'm not sure if this will get rid of those "tiny wrinkles" but I didn't get any wrinkles while using this product. Hahaha 〜( ̄▽ ̄〜)

My favorite thing about this cream is how my skin feels in the morning. OMG. My skin feels like a baby's butt. I LOVE it. I just use this one at night for smooth skin in the morning the next day mostly. Also it moisturizes my skin so well without making my face become oily and greasy. Grody. (◐▂◑)

ONTO THE TONER~

Man, this bottle is heavyyyy. Packaging is so sturdy my gosh. (o_o)"

I do like the packaging on this product. It is rather heavy and big so it isn't good traveling with it lol. The pump is a plus. I like products with pumps cause it's just easier and more sanitary.

The product looked thick in the bottle but after pumping it out and applying it to my face, it is more on the liquidy side. It feels like watered-down soap and it also smells like soap, like the typical smell of dish soap(?). 【・ヘ・?】

I went on about being sanitary and whatnot, but I like to apply the toner on with my fingers. lol. Of course I make sure that they're clean. I just feel like putting it on a cotton pad doesn't really get the product onto my skin. Y'know?

I didn't really see any special results from using this toner. It did show very minimal results of pore minimizing. So that's a plus. But, my skin is very sensitive and it feels like this is kind of harsh on it. My skin does feel fresh and "alive" when I apply it though. o;

Once again, same with the cream, I can't tell whether this is good for wrinkles and anti-aging because I don't have any wrinkles at the moment. Sorry I can't test that out for some of you. ( ≧Д≦)

Feel free to ask questions :)
